Terms

Terms of Service

Plain English: how the free trial works, what you pay if you choose to continue, and how to cancel.

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms apply when you sign up for Tidyola, a service of Tidyola LLC (“Tidyola”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the business that signs up.

Which document controls. If documents disagree, this order applies: (1) a Statement of Work (SOW) you and Tidyola have both signed, then (2) these Terms, then (3) the Stripe checkout page.

1. What Tidyola does

We set up and maintain AI teammates that run in the Grok Bot app on your accounts. They draft, sort and label. You approve every send. Other workflows come with the paid plan. No calls. No meetings. For AI output, see Section 7.

2. Free 7-day trial, no card needed, then $500/month only if you choose to continue

This section is the only full description of the trial; other sections refer back to it. For AI output, see Section 7.

3. Billing

Paid plan charges (see Section 2 for the trial) are billed through Stripe and due on receipt. If a payment fails, we email you and allow a 10-day grace period. After that we may pause your teammates until payment arrives. Pausing never deletes your data or your setups. Paused teammates resume within 1 business day of payment. There is no late fee. You pay any taxes that apply to your plan.

4. Cancelling

Cancel anytime by emailing hello@tidyola.com from any email address we have on file for your business. For the trial, see Section 2. If you cancel after you opt in to pay, your plan ends at the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and it won’t renew. There are no partial-month refunds. Before we process it, we may reply to confirm, or ask for reasonable verification that the request comes from your business. We’ll confirm your cancellation by email.

5. Your own costs

You pay for your Grok Bot plan and any other third-party subscriptions directly (see Section 2 for the trial). These are separate from Tidyola’s fees.

6. Your responsibilities

Review drafts before you approve them. You decide what is sent. Give us the access setup needs, and tell us about changes that affect your workflows.

Your promise to cover us (indemnity). If someone makes a claim against Tidyola because of (a) content you give us or ask a teammate to use, (b) a message or other action you approved, (c) your breaking a law, or (d) your breaking these Terms, you’ll cover Tidyola’s reasonable costs of that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

7. AI output

You approve every send. AI output can contain errors, omissions or made-up details. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every outbound message, payment, deletion or other external action before it happens, and for making sure your messages follow the laws that apply to you, including marketing and email laws.

No warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidyola provides the service “as is.” We make no promise that any output will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we make no warranty of non-infringement. We don’t guarantee any specific business results.

8. Your data

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. You own your data and your outputs, and we don’t use your data for any other purpose. If something goes wrong with a sent message, money or personal data, we pause the affected teammate within 1 business hour and email you within 4 business hours of becoming aware of it (business hours are 8 a.m.–6 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday). Pausing never deletes anything.

9. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

(a) Neither you nor Tidyola is liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, however caused, even if told they were possible.

(b) Each party’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (1) the fees you paid Tidyola in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim or (2) US $1,000.

(c) These limits do not apply to (i) your obligation to pay fees owed, (ii) a party’s fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or (iii) liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We’ll email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you keep using Tidyola after that date, you accept the change. The current version is always at tidyola.com/terms. Changes to these Terms never change a signed SOW; SOW changes need written approval from both parties. If a material change would alter or conflict with a term in your signed SOW, it applies to you only with your written consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state or federal courts in Franklin County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and Tidyola consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
