Your data is yours, not ours
Your information, emails, recordings, and documents belong to you. We only use them to run your trial and service. We claim no ownership of them. We never sell your personal information. We never use your emails, recordings, or documents to train AI models.
What we collect, and why

We use this information only to reply, set up and run your trial and service, and draft work for your approval.
What we do not ask for
We never ask for your passwords. If a message claiming to be from Tidyola asks for a password, do not send it — write to us at hello@tidyola.com instead.
Who helps us run Tidyola
A small number of services process information for us, only as needed to run your trial and service:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives the free trial request form.
- Google Workspace and Google Drive — email and file tools we use to work with you.
- AI processing — used only to read and draft work for you. It does not send anything for you.
How we protect your work
- AI teammates read and draft only. Nothing sends without your OK.
- Setup notes set out in writing what an AI teammate can access and what needs your OK, with a simple record of what it did and what changed.
- We work fully remotely, by email and recorded walkthroughs you choose to share.
- We never ask for your passwords.
- Sensitive items are escalated to a person. Disputes always go to a person.
Visitor counting and cookies
We do not use advertising trackers. We may use privacy-friendly visitor counting to understand visits in aggregate only — how many people visited a page, not to profile individual visitors.
Your choices
Your data is yours. At any time, write to hello@tidyola.com to ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information or recordings. We will honor a deletion request and confirm by email when it is done. If you end the service, ask us to delete your information and recordings and we will.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and post the updated policy here. If a change affects people already working with us, we will also note it by email.
Who this is for
Tidyola is a service for businesses. It is not intended for children.
