If one of your teammates sends something it shouldn’t, stops working, or just seems off, email us at hello+support@tidyola.com. Everything happens by email, so you’ll have a record of it. You approve every send.
Please include:
- Which teammate (for example, follow-ups or scheduling)
- What happened, and roughly when
- A screenshot or the forwarded message, if you have one
- Whether anything went out to your customers
If something went out that shouldn’t have, put URGENT in the subject. We pause first and fix second, within 1 business hour of seeing it (weekdays, 8am to 6pm ET). We’ll email you within 4 business hours.
Want to pause it yourself right now?
You’re always in control:
- Open the teammate’s details by clicking its name at the top of its chat (or pressing Cmd+Shift+I).
- Under Routines, turn off the switch on each row so it’s off. On your phone, open the teammate’s profile, go to Routines, open each routine and turn off Active.
- In the teammate’s chat, tell it: “Stop what you’re doing and don’t start anything new until I say so.”
- To stop others from using it, choose Share, then Who has access, then People you invite, and confirm Limit access.
- Optional: remove the connected apps (Plugins) it uses so it can’t act. You can add them back later.
- Owners can also choose Unpublish to take it offline for everyone until you share it again.
Please don’t delete the teammate or its routines. Deleting can’t be undone, and pausing is enough. Then email us, and we’ll take it from there.
We’ll reply in writing with what we did and what happens next, and we resume only after you agree in writing.
