Do I need tech skills?

No. We do the setup, and it works with your Gmail or Google Workspace email and calendar.

What does it cost after the trial?

What do you need access to?

Today we work with Gmail and Google Workspace, and Outlook is coming. Use Outlook? Join the waitlist: email hello@tidyola.com with "Outlook waitlist". As part of setup, we set out in writing what an AI teammate can access, what needs your OK, and a simple record of what it did and what changed. Each one reads and drafts only.

What happens to my recording and data?

You record a task once, in your own time, and share only the recording you choose to share. We use the information you provide to reply, set up and run your trial and service, and draft work for your approval. AI teammates read and draft only, and nothing sends without your OK. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why we use it, and how to ask questions or request deletion of your information and recordings.

What happens after I submit, and how much time will it take me?

We reply by email with a short questionnaire and written next steps. If you go ahead, you record your task once — about 10 minutes, on your own time. Rough is fine. We then set it up fully remotely and keep you posted in writing.

Why do I pay for my own Grok Bot plan?
